I guess some people like landscape mode, unfortunately, not me. Since I use this app a lot to see what extra payments will do, very disappointed with this update.

I really like that you can enter multiple additional payments. Havent seen that on any of the free apps. So far no downside.

This was a perfect tool for my wife and I to crunch the numbers in regards to refinancing two different loans. It can give you a good idea of how much interest you will pay (or save) over the life of a loan. The only thing I wish it had was output to delimited text or XML. It does offer PDF / HTML output though.

Great app to manage our mortgages

Extremely helpful when trying to decide if refinancing makes sense or not. It also illustrates very clearly how you can knock years off your mortgage by paying a little extra each month. Its also fun just to play around with numbers.

This is a very neat and useful app. It might take a little time to get acquainted with its numerous screens and options, but once familiar it becomes much easier to use and its value as a loan tool becomes far more apparent. Fantastic app!

This app is good for debt reduction. It lets you see how extra payments effect your debt and you can plan the best scenario that works for you.

Use this app all the time. Simple and useful.

I love how you can add extra payments with dates. This allows you to take x dollars and put it at one loan.. See when it will be paid off, and move to the next loan and put extra payments at that date. Crucial for solid plans.

Simple to use, attractive interface and well written feature set. Worth the $2 in my opinion. Thanks
