excelent ! practical and very easy to use !

This is a great app to determine if you are able to carry a debt load and flexible enough to readjust any variables in case your situation should change in the future.

Dont buy it. You lost a money. App crashes 10 times in 10 minutes. it is true. When I tap any button app crashes at any time

Works as described. Like the email functionality but would love to be able to print from the app.

I had a couple of issues where extra payments would cause the "interest saved" value to be wrong. I contacted the developer and he was very prompt with his response to my concerns. Turns out this was a known bug and had already been fixed for the next update. I just installed that update (1.4) and all is good! The developer was also very interested in suggestions for changes to the app. A couple of which were also incorporated into the latest release (again 1.4). Im not the CEO of a major bank but this app covers what Im trying to do. Not all apps can be all things to all people. Overall, Im happy with the app, the support and the purchase price.

So easy, even a caveman can use it. Well worth the price.

The app does what it says. Also found the down payment option. Kind of wish the ui matched the really great logo icon.

I bought 3 similar apps and deleted the other 2... I am a Realtor and my clients love the way it shows them all the different scenarios. Fun and informative.
